Library of Things

WHY BUY WHEN YOU CAN BORROW?

Ready to step into a world of borrowing?
Create an account to become a Library of Things member!

From this point onward, you can search our online inventory and reserve items such as DIY tools, event and Camping equipment. Our inventory will keep growing so keep check for new ‘things’ being added.

Now go forth, pat yourself on the back and enjoy being part of the sharing economy!

Please note we are still working through the inventory photos and new items will be added monthly!

We Are Currently Accepting Donations Of Items!

Do you have something you’d like to donate to the library? Maybe you impulse-bought a drill for a DIY project, only to find it collecting dust in the shed, or picked up a pasta maker only to realise that ordering takeaway is far easier. Perhaps you bought a tent and discovered you’re more into glamping with a comfy bed? If so, we’d love to take it off your hands!

We also welcome corporate donations. If you’re a company looking to contribute, please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you!

Okay, But What Is A Library of Things?

It’s like a normal library but instead of books, you borrow things! You can register as a member by paying a small annual membership fee and then once your registered, you can borrow until your hearts content. We hope to have a range of things to borrow including tools, kitchen equipment, camping gear and more. We want to foster a community of sharing and in doing so, help promote a circular economy. We want to help the people in the community all while helping our planet. We hope to be up and running in the next few months, so keep an eye out if you would like to become a member. Follow us on Facebook or sign up to our mailing list to keep up to date on all our projects.
